• All DAFC system stores in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
• At the DAFC website.

All organizations or individual customers aged 15 years and older with a valid ID (Identity card – Vietnamese/Passport or ID card – foreigners) can register to open cards.

The DAFC card is accepted at all DAFC stores.

Please contact the Customer Service Department at all stores / branch locations within the DAFC system to make a new card and continue to use the service.

If your card is lost, you can go to customer service at any of DAFC's stores, or contact customer hotline: 19006972 to request your card lock. To keep safe.
