ROLES:- The Corporate PR Manager is responsible for leading PR, Media and KOL strategies across DAFC’s brand portfolio, while strengthening DAFC’s corporate identity and reputation in the luxury industry.This role builds and manages strategic relationships with media partners, editors, influencers (KOL/KOC) to maximize brand exposure, enhance corporate positioning and drive customer engagement.The position works closely with Brand Marketing Teams and Centralized Marketing stakeholders to ensure all PR and influencer initiatives are aligned with luxury brand standards and DAFC’s long-term business strategy.
- PR Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute integrated PR and KOL strategies aligned with brand and corporate objectives.
- Define media priorities, exposure strategy and communication direction across DAFC’s portfolio.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging and luxury positioning in all external communications.
- Media Relations & Corporate Communications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, editors, journalists and industry partners to advocate strong Corporate DAFC branding and positioning in the luxury market.
- Lead media placements, interviews, sponsorships and corporate PR initiatives.
- Oversee development of press materials and monitor media coverage to evaluate communication effectiveness.
- Support corporate reputation building through executive profiling, thought leadership and industry recognition initiatives.
- KOL & Influencer Management
- Define tiered KOL strategy (luxury positioning for luxury brands; awareness-driven strategy for contemporary brands).
- Lead influencer selection, negotiation and relationship management aligned with brand image.
- Oversee execution, performance tracking and ROI evaluation to ensure brand safety and impact.
- Develop and build strong relationship with top-tired celebrities and KOLs to advocate solid engagement with DAFC Corporate brand and its ecosystem.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Brand Marketing, Retail and Centralized Marketing teams to align PR initiatives with commercial goals.
- Provide strategic counsel on celebrity collaborations and high-profile brand events.
- Others: follow other requests and assignments from Line Manager based on business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in media relations, influencer marketing or public relations.
- Experience in a Manager or Assistant Manager role is highly preferred.
- Have an extensive network with media partners, KOLs, preferably in luxury, fashion or premium retail.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience securing high-value deals.
- Deep understanding of fashion trends, luxury market dynamics, and brand positioning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders.
