JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Your Roles:

• Assist in analyzing sales data, market trends, and inventory management to support strategies for improving sales performance.
• Support in monitoring the product lifecycle from ordering and shipping to in-store availability.
• Stay updated on fashion knowledge and trends to contribute ideas and support the brand in developing products that are competitive in both pricing and design.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing consumer purchasing trends and stay updated with fashion trends to support future product planning.
• Collaborate with the Line Manager and Retail team to ensure proper size and product allocation across stores.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking sell-through, collecting data, and preparing regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to support top-up or markdown decisions.
• Support the preparation of buying orders, monitor shipments, and coordinate with brand principals to handle product claims, shortages, and related issues.
• Assist in visual merchandising activities and collect customer feedback on products.
• Support the monitoring of LC (Letter of Credit) and payment requests under the guidance of the manager.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.

REQUIREMENTS

• An internship recommendation letter issued by your university/college is required (Giấy giới thiệu thực tập)
• Available for a full-time internship for at least 3 months (4–5 working days per week)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Passionate about the fashion industry
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
