Brand Manager (Local Brand/Branding Agency)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  1. Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives, including brand positioning, messaging, and target audience identification.
  2. Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Plan integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, events, and influencers, to drive brand visibility and engagement. Conduct a comprehensive Integrated Marketing campaign brief and collaborate with Centralized Marketing Center of Expertise teams to execute approved campaigns with execellent execution.
  3. Clientele Development and CRM: Deeply understand targeted customers’ behaviors, lifestyles and customer data thereby developing strategic approach and plans together with Centralized Customer Experiences team to retent existing customers while acquiring new customers for assigned brands.
  4. Brand Partnerships and Sponsorships: Collaborate with Centralized Partnership team to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships that enhance brand visibility, prestige, and affinity among target audiences for assigned brands.
  5. Brand Commercial Plannning: Lead tactical trade promotion including branded perks, e-vouchers and GWP to drive sales at assigned distribution channels.
  6. Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content for marketing materials, advertising campaigns, product launches, and brand activations, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  7. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and luxury customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
  8. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product merchandizing team, retail sales and VM teams and external team including Centralized Marketing teams (DAFC Marketing Center of Expertise, Customer Experiences and Corporate Marketing) to ensure alignment and integration of brand initiatives across all touchpoints.
  9. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI and brand impact.
  10. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management to inform decision-making and optimize future strategies.
  11. Brand Identity Maintenance: Uphold brand integrity and consistency across all marketing materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and values.
  12. Build customer-centric and performance driven Marketing team.

REQUIREMENTS

1.    Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

2.    Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of fashion and strong passion in fashion industry are required.

3.    Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in local fashion brand or branding agency.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth.

4.    Skill/ competence:

  • Good English.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for luxury brands and a keen eye for details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
