JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Responsible for executing and supervising HR operations in the Hanoi office.
- Ensure daily efficiency and smooth operation of the Hanoi-based employees and office environment.
- Manage headcount planning and recruitment for departments/stores based on the approved annual workforce plan, ensuring timely staffing for the Hanoi branch.
- Ensure accurate and complete filing and record-keeping for all new hires.
- Process attendance records for Hanoi employees with accuracy and timeliness.
- Communicate and implement HR policies and programs across departments, ensuring all staff understand and comply.
- Coordinate training sessions for office/store staff as required and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Address employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and staff inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Regularly monitor compliance with working hours, leave, and attendance policies for Hanoi office staff.
- Coordinate the organization of office events and meetings in the Hanoi office.
- Handle advances, reimbursements, and payments related to Hanoi office expenses.
- Organize and manage documentation including letters, contracts, and relevant administrative paperwork.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, printing needs, and monitor usage of office assets, equipment, and documents.
- Oversee office operations including cleanliness, utilities (electricity, water), and other facilities management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification:
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Knowledge:
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment contracts; experienced in recruitment and talent sourcing; well-versed in employee training and development. Deep understanding of legal regulations to support the development of internal HR policies and procedures.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years experience in HRBP/TA, and 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skill/ competence:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation & presentation skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and to interact with faculty, staff, and management at all levels within the organization.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams.
