The 3239 stretch denim, shows an elaborated design made of a juxtapposition of garment of different washes that – once putted together – create a trompe l’oeil effect playing with zips and buttons. Chambray, the lightest of the denim proposal, is presented in blue and black.
Denim belts or denim pockets are patched onto a cotton fleece to echo the above mentioned styles. Heart shaped pockets, another quintessential Moschino jeans element, characterizes the technical cotton garments. New research fabrics such as transparent nylon and the heavy weight coated finish give an innovative touch to the collection.
Overscaled daisies, multicolour hearts and peace symbols are recognisable across the whole collection becoming its signature. A catching 90s vibe resonates across the leather range, cotton and denim styles as well as elaborated viscose jacquard knitwear.
To enrich the palette, a multicoloured striped pattern take its space into the collection completing the proposal. These are verticle stripes printed onto stretch gabardine and horizontal knitted in a fluid rib stitch viscose yarn. The leather peace symbol patch is the branding element of this range, taken from the Moshino Jeans archive.
This season all-over print is romantic and playful. Stylized flowers, hearts and peace symbols have been reworked with a contemporary take when printed on a black background with contrasting colors for a statement proposal. A pink background with pastel graphics suggests a more delicate one. Dresses and tailoring categories have been one of the main focuses for SPRING-SUMMER. The proposal has been shaped to have some styles with a clear romantic twist and to work beautifully with the FLORAL PRINT.
Meanwhile some other pieces have a modern yet approcciable take, cut in a fluid cady quality and characterised by re-worked denim details, enriched with metal overall clips.
