JOB DESCRIPTIONS

ROLES:

As a PR & KOL Supervisor, you will be responsible for doing execution and coordinating PR, Media and KOL activities across DAFC brands, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality execution aligned with luxury standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. PR & Media Relations

• Execute PR activities based on approved strategies and communication plans.
• Coordinate with media partners on placements, timelines, deliverables and press requirements.
• Develop and deliver press materials, monitor media coverage and prepare PR performance reports.
• Support corporate PR initiatives, including corporate media communications

2. Influencer Relations

• Research and shortlist influencers aligned with brand positioning and target audiences.
• Execute KOL bookings and coordination for campaigns, events, product launches and seeding activities.
• Manage influencer deliverables, posting schedules, content tracking and reporting.
• Monitor performance and ensure content quality, compliance and brand safety.

Others: Perform other related tasks or assignments as required by the Line Manager in line with business needs.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related fields

Experience:

• At least 3–4 years of experience in media relations, influencer marketing or public relations.
• Experience in a Supervisor or Assistant Manager role is highly preferred.
• Have an extensive network with media partners, KOLs, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Skill/ competence:

• Strong negotiation skills and experience securing high-value deals.
• Hands-on experience working with media, KOLs and stylists.
• Deep understanding of fashion, luxury and social platforms (Tiktok is preferred)
• Willingness to learn, work hard and work under pressure.
