JOB DESCRIPTIONS

The Project Supervisor supports the end-to-end execution of retail store development and renovation projects across DAFC’s luxury brand portfolio.This role coordinates design planning, tendering, procurement, and onsite supervision to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
  1. Store Planning & Design Coordination
  • Act as liaison between Brand Principals, Landlords, and internal teams to collect and review design criteria packages.
  • Develop and review store layouts (including in-house design projects) and coordinate 3D development with vendors.
  • Conduct preliminary layout checks before submission to Project Manager.
  • Coordinate approvals with landlords and local authorities (fire safety, building permits, etc.).
  • Support preparation of initial budgets and master project timelines.
  1. Tendering & Procurement
  • Support tender process, including contractor bidding and technical clarifications.
  • Conduct bid leveling to ensure alignment between quotations and approved budget/scope.
  • Coordinate submission of drawings, documents, and samples in line with project milestones.
  • Manage procurement of DAFC-supplied items and coordinate overseas shipments with Logistics.
  1. Site Supervision & Project Control
  •  Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and construction quality.
  • Identify discrepancies between drawings and site execution; work with contractors to resolve issues proactively.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes within 24 hours and track action items.
  • Ensure project documentation and communication are properly maintained.
  1. Project Closing
  • Verify final quantities and cost liquidation with contractors.
  • Ensure timely rectification of defects post-opening and proper documentation
  • Additional tasks may be required following business needs

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience:
  • At least 4 years of experience in retail fit-out, interior design, or construction supervision (luxury retail experience is a plus).
Knowledge/Skills:
  • Understanding of full retail project lifecycle.
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (3D design skills are an advantage).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable.
  • Willing to travel and support flexible working hours when required
  • Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
