Ecommerce Sales & Operation Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

ROLES:This role is responsible for driving e-commerce sales performance by managing daily sales operations, optimizing order fulfillment, and leading the online sales team to achieve revenue targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Drive online sales performance of the e-commerce website and support the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
    • Monitor daily sales results, identify performance gaps, and proactively propose actions to improve conversion and revenue.
    • Analyze customer shopping behavior to support assortment planning and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Coordinate with the Marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives and effectively monetize website traffic.
    • Supervise and coach the Online Sales/ Customer Service team to ensure timely responses, professional sales consultation, and accurate product recommendations.
    • Manage customer communication channels including website chat and inbox, ensuring service quality and SLA compliance.
    • Enhance post-purchase experience to drive repeat purchases and customer retention.
    • Oversee end-to-end order processing, including order confirmation, fulfillment, delivery, and refund handling.
    • Ensure accurate order execution and on-time delivery in collaboration with Warehouse and Logistics teams.
    • Pepare weekly and monthly sales and operations reports, tracking key metrics such as sales revenue, conversion rate, AOV, cost per sale, and fulfillment performance.
    • Maintain proper documentation, ensure clear cross-functional communication, and handle administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.
    • Others: Perform other related tasks or assignments as required by the Line Manager in line with business needs.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • University/ College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economic or related field.
    • Knowledge of E-commerce site management best practices.
    • Knowledge of luxury fashion or premium retail is a plus.
    • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales and operations, preferably in a supervisor or team leader role
    • Experience working in fashion e-commerce is an advantage.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Able to communicate in English
    • Strong skills in team supervision, communication, organization, and problem-solving.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
