The warranty policy below applies to products distributed by DAFC through our stores and the website shop.dafc.com.vn.
PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY:
A product is eligible for warranty when it meets all of the following conditions:
- It was purchased at full price or with a discount of no more than 30% (applicable in-store and on DAFC’s e-commerce website).
- It comes with a valid invoice and purchase documentation issued by DAFC.
- The product exhibits technical defects originating from the manufacturing process, including but not limited to: peeling, cracking, breaking, loose stitching, torn seams, scratches, discoloration, stains, rust, damaged zippers, loss of elasticity, distortion, or deformation.
- The returned product must match the original product delivered by DAFC.
- DAFC reserves the right to inspect and determine the product’s condition and make the final decision regarding warranty eligibility.
WARRANTY PERIOD
- For watches, jewelry, pens, and accessories from Rolex, Cartier, Franck Muller, Montblanc, Tumi: The official brand warranty policy applies, as specified at the time of purchase and according to each brand’s standards.
- For other watches and jewelry: Watches are covered by a 2-year warranty and must include the brand’s warranty card.
- For clothing: Free warranty within 6 months from the VAT invoice issuance date (applies in-store and on DAFC’s e-commerce website) from the date of receipt, for cases within the defined warranty scope. Accessories are not covered by the warranty.
WARRANTY PROCESS
Step 1 – Product Reception
Our DAFC team will receive your product, perform an initial inspection, and issue a confirmation slip for your reference. Warranty requests can be submitted at any DAFC store or via our hotline 19002666, available from 08:30 to 22:00, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in accordance with Vietnamese law).
Step 2 – Detailed Assessment
DAFC will work closely with the authorized service center to conduct a thorough evaluation, define the warranty scope, estimate the timeline, and calculate any applicable costs. All details will be communicated transparently to you.
Step 3 – Customer Confirmation
Once the assessment is complete, DAFC will provide a proposed warranty or repair plan for your review and approval.
Step 4 – Service Completion
Your product will be repaired or serviced according to official brand standards, cleaned, and carefully inspected before being returned—ensuring your complete satisfaction.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE FOR PLATINUM & DIAMOND CUSTOMERS
As a token of appreciation to our loyal customers, until February 28, 2026, DAFC offers free after-sales services for Platinum and Diamond tier customers, including:
- Size adjustments and simple tailoring for clothing items (excluding suits/blazers/evening gowns).
- Basic cleaning and leather care for bags/wallets.
- Basic cleaning, leather care, or protective sole application for shoes.
Conditions:
- Products purchased within 12 months prior to service use, and sold at full price or with a total discount of no more than 30%.
- Customers must maintain Platinum or Diamond status at the time of service use.
Note: These benefits do not include structural leather/bag repairs, replacement of accessories, color restoration, or dye renewal.
GENERAL REGULATIONS
Not Eligible for Warranty:
Warranty cannot be applied in the following cases:
- Products with a discount greater than 30% (in-store and online).
- Beyond the specified warranty period.
- No valid invoice or purchase documents from DAFC.
- Damage caused by user error or natural wear and tear, such as scratches, worn soles, discoloration, melting, color changes due to moisture, sunlight, or improper storage.
- Product defects caused by accidents or misuse, including scratches, worn soles, melting, color changes due to frequent moisture exposure, improper storage/use.
- Products showing signs of prior repair and/or replacement.
- Damage caused by failure to follow usage or care instructions provided with the product.
- Damage caused by external environmental factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, fire, incorrect usage, incorrect voltage, or signs of dropping, breaking, denting, or water entering the mechanism.
- Natural effects from normal use, product lifespan, or special materials, depending on brand warranty policies and detailed instructions.
For requests regarding products outside the warranty scope, customers may choose paid repair services according to the repair price list displayed in stores.
