Online Marketing Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

– Develop and grow the Ecommerce business for strategic portfolio brands at DAFC website
– Drive brand consistency on website, ensuring content is curated according to Brand’s guideline and standardisation of each brands on website
– Work closely with Digital Marketing with demand-generation initiatives including on-site activities, social media, visibility, eDM, SEO and SEM
– Work closely with brands team & internal team to produce quality campaigns materials and other tasks where needed to ensure all campaigns are executed successfully
– Develop and execute campaign promotional planning, pricing strategies and budgeting (e.g. bundles creation, discounts activation, vouchers etc.), and ensure compliance in execution
– Develop, expand & cooperate with internal brands or partners to exchange value by all marketing activities and campaign
– Develop and manage content on DAFC Ecommerce on social media
– Work with KOLs & Influencers to promote our brands and website on social media
– Conduct trading promotions, follow up with evaluation and report
– Collaborate with designers to improve users experience
– Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics…)
– Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
– Implement marketing campaigns and analise performance, turning insights into actionable work, creating a workflow of steady and prioritised performance adjustments.
– Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS 

1. Qualification:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing

2. Knowledge:
– Strong understanding of ecommerce best-practice and digital marketing
– Design skill preferred
– Skills and experience in creative content writing

3. Experience:
– At least 2 years in ecommerce/ retail background
– Ecommerce Marketing and Campaign planning and strategy experience
– Experience in a similar role that involves online retail, or a role with a relevant skillset.

4. Skills/Competencies:
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Comfortable using Facebook Ad Manager and Google Ads, including setting budgets.
– Able to work efficiently in Excel and other office applications.
– Fundamental understanding of Mailchimp including campaign set up, automations and web forms.
– Willingness to learn and contribute to the team
– Customer focused, with good written communication skills
– Organized and detail-oriented
– Execute good time management
– Highly competent individual

OTHER INFORMATION

– Probation period: 2 months
– Age: No age limit
– Working time: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday
– Salary: Competitive
